Conditions to use of the website
As a condition of use of the Website https://grayflycards.com (owned by GrayFly Stationery LLC), you warrant that you are as follows:
- You must be age 18 years or older and possess the legal authority to handle any transaction or communication with us.
- All information you supply us on this website is accurate, current and complete.
- You will only use this website for the legitimate purpose for which it was designed: an online store where consumers may purchase stationery products.
- If you make a transaction, that you have the legal authority to use the payment method which you supply.
- If you have an account on our website, that you will take precautions to safeguard your account information.
- Outside the state of Kentucky, no sales tax is charged.
- If the billing and/or shipping address is in Kentucky, 6% sales tax will be charged.
- If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt of goods at email@example.com including your order number. In that situation we will happily refund you after we receive the returned item. Customer pays return shipping.
- If the item arrived damaged or your order was incorrectly fulfilled, we'll make it right: you can choose whether you get a refund or have the correct replacement item sent out to you - either way, you won't incur extra costs. We will arrange and pay for for the return shipping via a pre-printed label: contact us at the email address above to arrange this. You must contact us in order for us to handle return shipping for you. We do NOT refund return shipping costs that the customer has already paid for.
Refunds or replacement items can only be issued after we receive the returned physical product at our location.
No claims allowed unless received within 30 days of receipt of goods and must include the order number and contact us via either a) email as described above or b) via the "contact us" link on our website. If you have an account with us, you have the additional option to contact us from within your account and/or the relevant order details.
If you have not received your package, you must notify us within 15 days of placing your order. Typically your product will arrive in under 7 business days from the date of placing your order.
